| Bio: | Unabashed grammar pedant: In my day-to-day existence I'm an editor (and, rarely, also a writer) at a nonprofit trade association. Behind the scenes: I previously worked as a stage manager at the Maryland Renaissance Festival and at some non-Equity theatres around the DC area. I considered myself a professional, although theatre is not and never was my livelihood. Former newsgroupie: I used to read and (rarely) post at alt.callahans, under a completely different user name. (Eh, don't ask what name; it doesn't quite describe me anymore.) If I've just friended you: I do not expect you to friend me, but of course you can if you want to. I don't really post often enough to make it worthwhile for anyone who doesn't already know me in person.
